LOEWS HOTEL  |  ARLINGTON, TX

Nehmer provided Project Management services to oversee the $550 million construction of the Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center.  The new build hotel includes 888 rooms, 250,000 square feet of meeting space, two resort-style swimming pools, a beach, and several food and beverage options. HKS provided architecture and Looney & Associates provided interior design.  JE Dunn was the general contractor for the project.
