HOLLYWOOD CASINO HOTEL AT GREEKTOWN  |  DETROIT, MI

Nehmer and HVS Design provided Architecture and Interior Design services for the $30-million renovation of the Hollywood Casino Hotel in Detroit, Michigan.  Inspired by Detroit's rich history, vibrant artists, and resilient community, the team reimagined the hotel's 400 guestrooms, suites, and public areas.  Some of the most notable transformations were the relocation of the front desk, the hidden bar tucked into the design, and the three-story ceiling brought down to a two-story ceiling for a more intimate setting.
